1. Where We Ship From

To ensure availability and timely delivery, orders may ship from:

  • Our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona

  • Authorized U.S.-based fulfillment partners

  • Select international warehouses, including facilities in China

Fulfillment location is determined based on product availability, inventory levels, and delivery efficiency.

2. Order Processing

We carefully prepare every order.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Specialty or internationally stocked items may require 2–5 business days for processing.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during:

  • Peak seasons

  • Promotional periods

  • Inventory audits

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier.

United States: 3–7 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia: 8–15 business days
Africa: 10–20 business days

Orders shipping from international facilities may arrive toward the longer end of these ranges.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside of our control.

4. Shipping Options

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (available on all orders)

  • Express/Priority Shipping (available on select products and destinations)

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to select alternative carriers when necessary to ensure fulfillment.

5. Complimentary Shipping (USA Only)

We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $350 USD within the United States (before taxes and discounts).

Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

Free shipping eligibility may be modified at our discretion.

6. International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international shipments:

  • Duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are determined by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.

  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs charges.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in shipment delays, refusal, return, or destruction of goods. In such cases, shipping fees and associated costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.

7. Delivery, Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure secure arrival.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation

  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. Reshipping fees for returned packages due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. Our team is available to assist you as needed.
