30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.

Easy Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at services@brafricanstyles.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition with tags attached
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

What Can Be Returned?

✓ Unworn items with original tags attached
✓ Items in original packaging
✓ Products in new, unused condition
Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange

What Cannot Be Returned?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate apparel or undergarments that have been worn or washed
  • Items marked as final sale at checkout
  • Gift cards or digital products (ebooks)
  • Custom or personalized items

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at services@brafricanstyles.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund—no questions asked.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item! Contact us at services@brafricanstyles.com and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Return Shipping

Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping
Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns over $75

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to post.
